Advancing Probiotics Standards: Wecare Probiotics Co-Hosts Key Industry Symposium
Wecare Probiotics was proud to co-host the "Microbial Preparations Industry Standards Symposium" recently at the Wecare Probiotics Research Institute. Organized by the China National Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute, the event brought together over 50 leading industry experts, enterprise representatives, and officials, including Dr. Liu Ming, Director of the China National Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute and Secretary-General of the National Food Industry Standardization Technical Committee Fermentation Technology Subcommittee. The symposium aimed to collectively promote the high-quality development of the microbial preparations industry.
A central focus of the discussions was on advancing four crucial industry standards currently under development: "Lactic Acid Bacteria Products," "General Technical Specification for Nutrients for Fermentation Industry," "Test Method for Viable Counts of Edible Fungi Agents in Vitro Simulated Digestive Tract," and "Terminology and Classification of Microbial Preparations." Wecare Probiotics collaborated closely with all attendees, emphasizing the collective effort required to strengthen industry standard-setting and ensure robust quality control.
